Hello Friends,

Every year specialty coffee looks forward to the new crop of Kenyans to appear. This year, there are some real doozies. I will be offering a Kenya roasted by Ecco Caffe called the Kangocho. This coffee has a lovely blackberry note that tasters find extremely pleasing in a thoroughbred coffee. Very unique to Kenyan coffees. I will be offering this coffee this week as individual french press for anyone that would like to try something that is creating a lot of buzz in the coffee world.

I will also be instituting Mocha Fridays for the next few weeks. I will be experimenting with different chocolates and methods in the coming weeks. This week I will present the Revenge of the Mocha again, using up my supply of Amano chocolate.

WELL UPDATE – We have raised $130 for the well already! I have been hearing ideas from a few of you, about how you would like to help. I am very excited to see what we can do. I need just one more shirt order and I can send off the big order of shirts for people that live local that would like free shipping. So, if you want a shirt, just email me and I will put you on the list.
