Hello Friends,

I just spent an enlightening week in Portland this last week. I got the opportunity to taste a wide range of coffees from many different roasters and regions. I found a particular roaster that was serving coffee that was exactly the profile that I have been looking for. Beautifully balanced between brightness and bass notes. Everything I tried there brought forth the best the coffee had to offer. Truly a great experience.

I have brought back one of the espresso blends that was tasting beautiful. The Escaulita fro Columbia. Perfect chocolates and fruit flavors. Come by and check out the best Portland has to offer from Coava Coffee Roasters.
